puppet-pulpcore should manage pulp_url and content_app_url in /etc/foreman-proxy/settings.d/pulpcore.yml.

This file is already managed by foreman_proxy::plugin::pulp (see https://github.com/theforeman/puppet-foreman_proxy/blob/master/manifests/plugin/pulp.pp).

Perhaps you should explain what you want to achieve.

Thanks for the link Ewoud.
I was searching for option --foreman-proxy-plugin-pulp-pulp-url and --foreman-proxy-plugin-pulp-pulpcore-content-url to change pulp_url and content_app_url.
I was looking for it in the wrong module.
