Bug #31263
openError when filtering for 'default' in Report Templates
Description
Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1891480
Description of problem:
When filtering for 'default' on the Report Templates page, I get a page with error:
```
Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong wrong number of bind variables (0 for 1) in: (["(\"templates\".\"default\" <> ?)", false])
```
How reproducible:
Deterministic
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Monitor -> Report Templates
2. In the search field, fill in exactly 'default' (without quotation marks)
3. Search
Actual results:
Error
Expected results:
No error, reports filtered to only contain those with 'default' in their name. If for some reason, this input is too ambiguous to be interpreted as 'name ~ default', the error should at least be handled better.
Additional info:
IMO not a blocker.
No traceback, log attached.
