open“Preseed default iPXE” template lacks domain=, causing preseed install to pause

Description
Unlike e.g. “Discovery Debian kexec,” the “Preseed default iPXE” template lacks a setting for domainname=
on the kernel command line. When doing a preseed install, debian-installer will still guess the domain name correctly (either from reverse DNS or from the fact that hostname=
is the FDQN, I'm not sure); but it will pause for manual confirmation, thus breaking auto-install flow.
