- new sync of Centos8 Base repo (I use this in config: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8/BaseOS/x86_64/os/ and Download Policy: On Demand)
- published new content view
on host where I want to upgrade:
- subscription-manager refresh
- rm rf /var/cache/yum/* yum clean all
What can be the problem?
I use: Foreman 2.4.0/Katello 4.0.1 on a CentOS 8 Host (8.3.2011)

This appears to be a support issue rather than a bug, can you file a post here: https://community.theforeman.org/
in addition, you might want to provide the following information:
1) is this on the foreman/katello server or a client?
2) if its a client, is that client still configured to use mirror.centos.org in its /etc/yum.repos.d/ files? The 404 seems to indicate an issue with mirror.centos.org and not with katello.
