When loading 'Host Status' card in Overview tab, loading state is not properly handled and for a brief moment, empty state component is displayed before the loaded host statuses show.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to new host details page, select Overview tab
2) refresh page

Reproducing relies on the network connection, so it may not appear each time when page is refreshed. More reliable is to use time travel in redux devel tools and walk forward/backward in history. The card will show loading state, then empty state, then it will be populated with data.
