On a fresh installation of katello, I navigate to Monitor > Jobs, fill out everything and schedule a time. After clicking save, the job runs immediately and not on a desired time.

I tried it with several settings. Between 5 minutes to 1 year in future.

foreman-tasks     The goal of this plugin is to unify the way of showing task statuses across the Foreman instance.
