RecentJobsCard doesn't refresh unless I reload the page

Description

When I initiate a REX job from the new host details pages, I often like to go to the Overview tab and look on the Recent Jobs card to see the status of my job. But new jobs don't show up until I refresh the browser.

It would be nice if we could add a refresh button to the card, or do some sort of polling to monitor for changes to recent jobs.
