[zh_CN/ja_JP/fr_FR] On Configure - Global parameters table page, entered localized values for Data types are showing in English
Description
Description of problem: On table Configure - Global parameters, strings under "Type" column are showing in English language even after entering values in other languages.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 3.3 RC-2
How reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 3.3 instance with French/Japanese/Chinese language.
2. Navigate to Configure - Global parameters page.
3. Click on "Create Parameter" button, fill up the form, also monitor value for "Parameter Type" and click submit.
4. Look at the value under "Type" column for newly added data type.
Actual results: Data type strings are not localized
Expected results: String should display in specific locale language.

This issue has been observed in Foreman 3.4 rc1 build.
