Description

Currently, when running an offline backup or a snapshot backup, we enable maintenance mode just before stopping all services.

Then disable maintenance mode after starting all services. Is there a reason for that? This seems to be a useless step. Am I missing anything here?

I will propoe a change to NOT call maintenance mode on the steps when doing offline and snapshot backups.
