As suggested here - https://github.com/theforeman/smart_proxy_ansible/pull/78#pullrequestreview-1348164711, we should:
1. Extract the parts that process the artifacts into a class with a sane api, use it in `::Proxy::Ansible::Runner::AnsibleRunner`.
2. Decouple file handling from processing of their contents.
