[XX] Custom info resolution
Description
As part of moving Katello to be an engine, Katello's organization was updated to become an 'extension' of the core (Foreman). The goal being to have a single unified organization. In addition, environment paths were broken out to be a separate UI.
One thing that was not addressed with the above work was Custom Info. In the legacy Katello UI, custom info is created as part of editing an organization; however, that will no longer be maintained with the unified organization.
As a result, work needs to be done to address this gap. Several options have been discussed for handling custom info; however, we need to decide upon a direction and then implement.
The following are a few of the options discussed:
1. deface the core Organization edit to incorporate Katello's custom info
2. create new Katello UI for management (CRUD) of custom info (e.g. nutupane)
3. remove Katello's custom info and evolve to use Foreman's global parameters or smart variables. (Note: may require updates to Foreman as well)
