Description

Adding any lifecycle environment to a smart proxy results in Foreman error of SmartProxy Not Found and the below backtrace. Exception is ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound: ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound.

I have not been able to reproduce this on the latest 2.2 RC3. Do you think you can re-test it or not which version you were seeing it on?
