In Azure it is possible to see the same interface identifier which in Foreman needs to be unique. Networking wise it's perfectly valid to have the same MAC address in multiple separate networks. However, Foreman The fact parser doesn't appear to handle this well. it. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2088782 has more information.
