redhat_repository_url parameter is deprecated, but supposed to be still working. however, it does not, because it tries to update the CDN config without setting the type to custom. and when the type is RedHat CDN, the validation does reset the URL for you Related: commit:d40c039b808da04029f21788575f28a2cce446e2 d40c039b808da04029f21788575f28a2cce446e2 and commit:a0e63cb063a07646ef079acfab762a6e7435b110 a0e63cb063a07646ef079acfab762a6e7435b110 (I think the later is what broke it)
