Description

Due to limitations of newt library and smart proxy, there are several workarounds that will make it into 3.0.0 release. We will update this after the release to gain more testing in nightly repos.

1) Remove GC.disable statement

2) Redirect smart-proxy logs into SYSLOG (https://github.com/theforeman/smart-proxy/pull/311)
