Description of problem:

The content hosts task page seems to be empty even when there are tasks.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register a client with katello-agent installed
2. Install an errata via the UI
3. Go to the tasks page for that content host

Actual results:
no tasks listed, browser continuously polls for tasks

Expected results:
Should be tasks listed.
