when keeping DNS field blank during provisioning setup, isc dhcp server doesnt start

Description

theres something wrong with the provisioning setup. during setup it clearly says that setting a DNS server is an optional configuration, but if I go on to paste the configuration for foreman-installer in CLI, foreman configures the dhcpd.conf in a way that causes dhcpd to fail during startup because the dns server field is empty.
When I configure an address for the DNS server, everything works well.
