I am trying to provision a host from ovirt via the foreman integration feature, but unfortunately I get an error message

PG::ForeignKeyViolation: ERROR: insert or update on table "hosts" violates foreign key constraint "hosts_environment_id_fk"

DETAIL: Key (environment_id)=(0) is not present in table "environments".

everytime I try to add a host. The full log is attached.

Is this related to the discovery plugin or ovirt?

I am using ovirt 3.6.2 pre release.
