Description

This issue is to update the hammer-cli to support docker v2.

This should involve tasks such as the following:
  • replace the 'image' command with a 'manifest' command
  • if applicable, adapt any commands that utilize 'image' to utilize 'manifest'
  • ensure that all commands are functional with docker v2

If needed, this issue can be converted to a tracker and separate child issues may be created and associated with it.
