Support Salt facts for provisioning setup

Description
Setup Provisioning isn't not working. Keep getting No network interfaces listed in $interfaces fact. I think it's looking for puppet facts.
- Tracker changed from Support to Feature
- Project changed from Foreman to foreman_setup
- Subject changed from fore and salt to Support Salt facts for provisioning setup
- Priority changed from High to Normal
Sorry, the provisioning setup plugin doesn't yet support Salt. I need to look at the grains it uploads to see if there are equivalents.
