Update Katello 3.0 upgrade docs to point out that pulp_migrate may take a while

Description

When upgrading from katello 2.4 to 3.0, I started the upgrade around noon and it wasn't past the pulp_migrate step by the end of the day. It would probably be useful to point out in the upgrade steps that the upgrade can take awhile for large quantities of rpms.
