Hello,

I'm trying to force a static ip when provisioning openstack virtual machine with Foreman.

Anyone's having the same issue ?

This isn't supported, the compute resource only supports retrieving a floating IP address from OpenStack. Moving this to a feature request, as that's what I assume you wanted.
