Description of problem:
I've had a problem with promotion of one particular Composite Content View, containing some puppet modules, silently failing. Satellite did not report any errors but looking in /etc/puppet/environments/KT_abc_it_Prototype_BasicServerRHEV_20/modules/ no changes was made and more important, it did not contain the same items as the Library variant of the same CCV.

Turned out the solution was to delete the entire environment (rm -fR /etc/puppet/environments/KT_abc_it_Prototype_BasicServerRHEV_20) and do a new promotion from Library, then everything flowed smoothly.

Attaching an archive of /etc/puppet/environments/KT_abc_it_Prototype_BasicServerRHEV_20 before the cleanup operation.
