Refactor the task export feature to use the Dynflow exporting functionality

Description
The exporting in foreman-tasks right now is very fragile and it hit a point
were the maintenance is hard. To address this, the exporting
functionality is being added in Dynflow http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/4720
and we should use it instead once is available
