Description

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure katello 3.0 with smtp settings.
2.Register one or two clients.(Install katello-agent)
3.Run '/usr/sbin/foreman-rake reports:daily' to get report immediately.

Actual results:
Errata mail shows 0 results, no details about the systems.

Expected results:
It should show the correct results(applicable errata's along with systems list)
