Description of problem:

URL field has no explanation or tool tip

Titles "Sync Information" and "Basic Information" are inconsistent. "Basic Information" is also not helpful as a title.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: Content > Products, select a product, select New Repository and then set Type = file from the drop down menu.
2. You see the title "Sync Information" appear with URL beneath it. There is no explanation of URL. In this context it is not hard to grasp that URL must point to the source, but explanatory text is required later when you view it again and should appear here too for consistency.
3. Give the test repo a name and save it.
4. Select the name of the file type repo.
5. See the title "Basic Information"; notice there is no "Advanced Information".
6. Notice URL in the list has no explanation.

Actual results:

Under Products > My File Product > Repositories > My File Product

title is "Basic Information" and URL field in the list is labeled URL with no explanation.

Expected results:

title is "Sync Settings" and URL field in the list is labeled "Upstream URL".

Additional info:

the title "Sync Information" appear with URL beneath it {see Content > Products, select a product, select New Repository and then set Type = file from the drop down menu.} should be renamed "Sync Settings" for consistency. Also rename URL to Upstream URL.
