Rules for default organization/default location of newly reported host

Description
It will be very usefull to allow to change the default organization as well as default_hostgroup plugin.

This is possible since Foreman 1.5, see puppet settings - default organization. Also this was solved in #3214
Closing, please let me know if I misunderstood.
Yes, in 1.5 you can set one default organization, but I was thinking on rules to assign organitzation depending on domain, or IP, or other facter.
There is the custom fact you could use, I suppose it could be also set to domain. It would be valid request though to be able to specify rules like "example.com" and "example.org" both maps to org "My company". If that's what you had in mind, I'll reopen.
