Description of problem:

Unable to see 'Number of Events' more than 63 under Report Status for 'Applied/Pending' on Satellite GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Assign puppet modules to a host, run puppet, make sure there is 63 applied changes.

2. Set up a second host with exactly the same puppet classes as the first one + add some more, run puppet.

3. Now see the report for the second host, it will have applied count of 63

Actual results:

Not able to see 'Applied/Pending' 'Number of Events' count more than 63 and it always show 63 even if the number should be higher.

Expected results:

"Number of Events" for Applied/Pending should be exact as applied/pending.
