since upgrading from foreman 1.15 to 1.16 the Puppet ENC is broken for me
the nodes.rb script returns yaml classification for only a couple of nodes (~10%)
for most of the nodes the script errors out with "Error retrieving node node.example.com: Net::HTTPPreconditionFailed"
