When attempting to configure an Infoblox running NIOS 8.2 as a smart proxy, the errors:

Unable to communicate with the proxy: ERF12-2530 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to detect features ([RestClient::Unauthorized]: 401 Unauthorized) for proxy 
    https://infoblox.example.com/wapi/v2.0/features
    Please check the proxy is configured and running on the host.

This makes it seem as if http basic auth is not being attempted despite setting the dns_provider in /etc/foreman-proxy/settings.d/dns.yml and setting a username and password in /etc/foreman-proxy/settings.d/dns_infoblox.yml that I confirmed was working via the web interface on the Infoblox appliance. Furthermore, using an account on the infoblox, I have confirmed that https://infoblox.example.com/wapi/v2.0/features, https://infoblox.example.com/wapi/features, https://infoblox.example.com/features and https://infoblox.example.com/wapi/v2.7/features do not exist, so I expect that some exception is needed for feature discovery in the case of infoblox smart proxies.
