Description

We have a BMC provider, but not all servers have BMC onboard. We should add capability to reboot servers from the shell, in such cases.

fixes #2387 - Add shell provider to the BMC API

  • Only Accepts on/off/status/cycle for power commands
  • Needs sudo for the proxy to call /sbin/shutdown
  • Adds a simple test for calling the shutdown api

First pass at this will only do reboot on the proxy machine. I see little value in poweroff, since we can't power it back on, and handling remote servers requires some kind of authentication setup which we don't have yet.
