Description

As a user I would like to be able to publish a Content view for a repository with modules - (P1)

The modules calculated based on the list of available packages in the destination repo based on a strategy similar to what we use for errata. Copy rpms over based on the filter criteria set. Find the final set of rpms in the destination repo. Copy modules and all its metadata over from source that complete the package set. (P1)
Defaults stream and profile meta data properly captured (P1)
