Description

Excerpt from downstream issue:
" well I found out that
/usr/share/ruby/vendor_ruby/puppet/reports/foreman.rb
is puppet 3 file and with puppet 4 it's been moved to
/opt/puppetlabs/puppet/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/puppet/reports/foreman.rb
that is why I did not find it

on Sat 6.3.2 katello-backup backup includes
/usr/share/ruby/vendor_ruby/puppet/reports/foreman.rb

so I believe that foreman-maintain backup should contain
/usr/share/ruby/vendor_ruby/puppet/reports/foreman.rb or
/opt/puppetlabs/puppet/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/puppet/reports/foreman.rb
depending on puppet version"
