Description

Steps to reproduce:
- Add a host with an interface and a bridge/VLAN, have the bridge/VLAN have the same MAC address as the interface.
- Make sure the host reports via Puppet.
- Observe "changes" with each report.

This started with 1.20 or 1.19 as I did two upgrades one after another and did not test this part.

Workaround: Use Global Administer Setting to avoid parsing NIC information from puppet.
