Description of problem:
hammer-setup asks for password instead of using password provided in satellite-answers.yaml

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # foreman-maintain advanced procedure run hammer-setup

Actual results:
- FM hammer-setup asks for password instead of using password provided in satellite-answers.yaml

1. foreman-maintain advanced procedure run hammer-setup
   Running ForemanMaintain::Scenario ================================================================================
   Setup hammer:
   Configuring Hammer CLI...
   [RUNNING]
   --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   <ctrl+c>

Expected results:
- FM hammer-setup should not ask for password if it's already present in satellite-answers.yaml

Additional info:

- this issue is occuring due to changes introduced in foreman-installer in satellite 6.6.0.
In previous satellite versions, option admin_password was used. Now the option is changed to initial_admin_password.
