Content-view version status showing {{ historyText(version) }} () when you check through Infrastructure --> Smart Proxies --> <Smart Proxy> --> Content --> Library --> Default Organization View

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Foreman+Katello with a Content-enabled smart proxy
2. Perform smart proxy sync after assigning Library env
3. Check the content by following
Infrastructure --> Smart Proxies --> <Smart Proxy> --> Content --> Library --> Default Organization View --> Versions --> Status --> {{ historyText(version) }} ()
Actual results:
{{ historyText(version) }} ()
Expected results:
It should be Published day and time

The real issue here doesn't have to do with smart proxy syncing. In any Katello setup if you go manually to the first Content View (Default) the status will show up wrong.
