During the upgrade i got the following error (on 2 machines):
/usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/foreman_tasks_core/ticker.rb:2:in `<module:ForemanTasksCore>'

OS: Debian 9.11
Kernel: 4.9.0-9-amd64
