Description

In the last poll it was clear that not everybody was using the latest greatest versions of foreman. For this reason, I've implemented this additional notification whenever an update and/or upgrade is available for any version.

Does the RSS check in notification drawer suffice? Whenever there's a blog post, people should see the info there.

Hi, I actually used the notification drawer and re-used quite a bit of the RSS feed implementation. I've also included notifications for either upgrade, updates or optionally release candidates.
