Description

Everytime a hot RoR reload is performed, webhooks stop working and an error "A copy of ForemanWebhooks::EventSubscriber has been removed from the module tree but is still active!" is thrown. Restarting app helps, this has something to do with how RoR autoreloading works and relation between BaseSubscriber and ForemanWebhooks::EventSubscriber.
