Restrict to OS Version doesn't work for clients on RHEL 6.8 and older
Description
it's because the older version of subscription manager doesn't regenerate the client's entitlement certificates when it should.

Closing because support for these older RHEL 6 clients is not a requirement. These users should upgrade to the latest RHEL6 or to the latest RHEL.
