Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Schedule a job on N hosts, where N is bigger than planning batch size
2) Immediatelly cancel the job
3) Query output api for a host outside of the first batch

Actual results: No output, marked as not complete yet

Expected results: No output, marked as complete
