https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_webhooks/commit/84683307210e0120f91cf077ba3c402e5a0ab2b9 adds a possibility to use custom URL with ERB tags, but when a webhook is being performed it uses saved plain URL instead of rendered without any ERB tags in it.
Applied in changeset foreman_webhooks|8dd5f6f5ea14815d7f1242c1b11e69b135758162.
