Virt-who-config for kubevirt does not support in API and hammer CLI

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hammer virt-who-config create -h
2. Look at https://{SAT_URL}/apidoc/v2/configs/create.html
3. Create a Kubevirt config via UI and deploy it, show its info via hammer CLI and api

Actual results:
No mention of Kubeconfig Path in hammer CLI and API.
