Description
These resources aren't really taxable while the API does advertise them as such:

compute_profile
config_group
mail_notification
model
operating_system
settings
usergroup
- Status changed from New to Ready For Testing
- Pull request https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/8521 added
- Subject changed from API have taxable for un-taxable resources to API has inconsistent behavior with taxable parameters
- Status changed from Ready For Testing to Closed
- Status changed from Closed to New
- Subject changed from API has inconsistent behavior with taxable parameters to API has taxonomy params for un-taxable resources
- Status changed from New to Closed
