Description of problem: On Create Host page, tab heading string "Host" is wrongly translated.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 3.2.0
How reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 3.2.0 instance with Chinese language.
2. Navigate to Hosts - Create Host page.
3. Look for tab Host, string "Host" is wrongly translated.
Actual results: String "Host" is wrongly translated
Expected results: Correct translated string should display.
