Description

In 1.3 release, if you re-run foreman installer:

  1. foreman-installer -v -n

it rewrites /etc/rndc.key file with new (random) content every time which can make running foreman-proxy unable to communicate with remote bind. When deployed locally (standard deployment), it should not be causing any troubles.
