To illustrate the needed components of the URI, it would be helpful to a user to see an example in the tooltip.

Expected results:

Target URL that should be called by Satellite.
Example: https://my.webhook.com/1234-5678-90ab-cdef

Additional info:
This will help avoid simple errors or forgetting to add the HTTP schema to the URL.
