Foreman Maintain

We often come accross the fact that some repositories cannot be seen by registered hosts.

The root cause is usually that, for reasons yet unknown, the association of the Content to it's Product is missing in the CandlepinDB.

We created a script to fix this, but it might be better to have this as a check and optional fix in foreman_maintain.
