Race condition with discover_host

Description
if the discover_host fails for any reason, but would work on a second attempt it will not upload/discover unless the facts change
unless YAML.load(read_cache) == facts

Hello,
I assume you use TCL based image and not oVirt. This has been fixed in oVirt image.
- Category set to Image
- Status changed from Need more information to Resolved
- Assignee set to Lukas Zapletal
