make ContentHost tasks command use the new search by param functionality

Description
- content-host tasks command does not list --name as param
- if you search for content-host by other params other than --id, command will complain about missing parameter id
- Subject changed from ContentHost tasks are missing name param and does not retrieve id to make ContentHost tasks command use the new search by param functionality
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 114
- Status changed from New to Rejected
